The Safety of Your Children

We take the safety of your children seriously.  We require all volunteers in our program to pass a Washington State Patrol background before they are allowed to interact with the players.  While we have never had a serious volunteer misconduct issue, you should know the warning signs.  Read more here...

Pre- and Post-game Meal Suggestions

At tournaments, avoid high-fat and high-protein foods that take longer to digest than carbohydrates (and can result in indigestion, nausea, and possibly vomiting). Eating sugary foods like candy and honey right before a game does not provide quick energy. To avoid playing with a full stomach, athletes should eat 1-3 hours before the game.  Read more here...
